CMTStaffing learned early on that communication, and support were key to its partnerships with its clients, and has developed a training approach toward our staffing called Heart First Approach. We focus on the importance of customized trained homecare staff being the real time-solution to quality assurance/compliance, fulfilling gaps in staffing, and timely home visits.

Quantity and Quality trainings have been established in multiple layers of our quarterly testing process to eliminate the chance of mistakes or poor results within assignments. All employees are trained according to each client’s clinical/non-clinical assessment tools, business rules and regulations prior to start date.

Our team and licensed/registered professionals routinely participate in required, and non-required continuing education, and related forum/discussion events within our industry, and participates in our company profit-sharing program. The CMTStaffing Heart First Approach to training our staff members is just another reason of what sets us apart.

In maintaining our network of  homecare professionals, we have the capacity to provide you with timely, reliable staff, and the correct candidate to serve your staffing needs. We perform all interviews with each candidate, verify licenses, Cori backgrounds verification, in addition to obtaining current and past references.
